How to get to Cuisle:
Take R366 (Signposted Creggs, Castlecoote) about 8km in the village of Castlecoote turn right at P.Js pub and follow signs for Cuisle (about 5km) .
Turn right off N60 after Oran Cemetary (Signposted Donamon, Cuisle Holiday Centre) about 3km.
All routes turn left out of Cuisle grounds and follow road keeping left at Protestant Church and heading to Castlecoote. Turn right at PJs pub onto R366 and then R362 to Creggs and Glennamaddy where the 45km Blue group will return back to Cuisle.
The 75km Green and 115 km Red groups will take the R364 road to Kilkerrin and Moylough where the groups will split. After a break the 75km group will continue on the N63 for a short distance then turn left onto the R365 and then rejoining N63 to Newbridge . Follow the road towards Ballygar and turn left before village heading towards Creggs. Turn right onto R362 and continue back to Castlecoote and Donamon (Cuisle)
From Moylough the long route will take you on the N63 to Mountbellew and follow the R358 through Caltra to Ahascragh where food will be available. After the break continue towards Ballinasloe on the R358 for about 5.5 km where you will turn left at Shanboley (L2045). Then when you reach the Tee junction turn left onto R357 towards Dysart- crossing the R363 ( Athlone Road) continue towards Four Roads along the R357. At the tee junction turn left and after 100mts turn right (with care, it’s on a bend) on to L2011 towards Knockcroghery . At Lacken Cross (on the hill) turn left onto R362 towards Athleague where you will cycle through the village towards Creggs (R362) making sure to follow signs for Castlecoote and Donamon. Carefully turn right onto L1822 and right again onto R366 to PJs pub (Castlecoote) then turn left and on to finish at Cuisle where showers and food will be provided.
